2014 Craft Brewers Conference / World Beer Cup Calendar

craft brewers conference banner

In just a few days, the most prestigious beer competition in the World will arrive in Denver. The World Beer Cup (WBC) is a competition very similar to the Great American Beer Festival, but on an International scale and only held every other year in a different city. Denver is lucky enough to host the 2014 event, which will celebrate the very best beers on the planet in nearly 100 different categories.

With the WBC comes the Craft Brewers Conference (CBC), which will take place all week at the Colorado Convention Center. This industry-only event will see nearly 8,000 brewers, brewery suppliers and a variety of other professionals throughout the industry and includes a trade show, symposiums, seminars, demonstrations, beer tastings and much more.

The CBC / WBC’s arrival in Denver, brings as many, if not more events than the Great American Beer Festival. I know it’s hard to believe, but it’s shaping up to be the biggest thing in craft beer to ever hit the Denver-scene. From beer dinners to concerts to tap takeovers and more, it’s going to be BIG. We’ve been busy assembling a master list of events and will be keeping you posted with daily updates throughout the week.

It’s gonna be insane!!! See you downtown!
